She is a senior correspondent and former anchor of the PBS NewsHour, and he is a former Bloomberg News columnist and current podcast host of The Politics War Room. As they look around the country and the globe, they see how journalism is being threatened in many places—from small-town U.S.A., where local media outlets have often disappeared, to the myriad countries where reporters are being silenced.
