COVID-19 Safety Protocols

All attendees, presenters, staff, and volunteers will be required to submit documentation at registration in order to pick up passes*, verifying that they have received a full COVID-19 vaccination, which at this time is the initial dose plus a booster for adults.

*If you would like to submit your proof of vaccination in advance to save time at registration, you may EMAIL it to us.

We are committed to the safety and well-being of those in attendance – writers, attendees, staff, volunteers, and the community. Grounded in our current understanding of SARS-COV-2 transmission, our COVID-19 Protocol Plan is informed by guidance and policies from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the South Central Public Health District of Idaho (SCPHD), the cities of Ketchum and Sun Valley, and the Sun Valley Resort, as well as the professional guidance of our medical consultants, Dr. Jack Stapleton and Dr. Judith Currier.

Our plan cannot insulate you completely from being exposed to, contracting, or spreading COVID-19 while attending the Conference. It is not possible to prevent against the presence of the disease. Therefore, if you choose to attend you must understand that you may be exposing yourself to and/or increasing your risk of contracting or spreading COVID-19.

Sessions will be conducted throughout the Conference in primarily outdoor, well-ventilated venues. Masks are always welcome.

Protocols are subject to change as the local and global situation evolves. Future recommendations will be based on CDC guidelines.

Passes are non-transferable this year due to COVID requirements. if you need to change the name assigned to your pass, please CONTACT US directly with the new name. The new pass holder will need to provide us with appropriate COVID documentation.
