PASS TYPES
Full Conference Pass ($1,100 each)
A Full Conference Pass lets you experience all the wonder of the Sun Valley Writers’ Conference throughout the three-day event—full access to all Pavilion talks, intimate breakout sessions, book signings, breakfasts and lunches with the writers, and a closing reception on the stunning Sun Valley Pavilion lawn.
For access to private events with writers and VIP dinners, please inquire about becoming a donor.
Next Generation Pass ($550 each, 35 and under)
We are excited to offer our half-price Next Generation Pass again for 2023! This pass is available for those age 35 and under, inspiring the “next generation” to become lifelong SVWC supporters.
We only have a limited supply, so act fast. This pass lets you experience all the wonder of the Sun Valley Writers’ Conference throughout the three-day event—full access to all Pavilion talks, intimate breakout sessions, book signings, breakfasts and lunches with the writers, and a closing reception on the stunning Sun Valley Pavilion lawn.
HOW IT WORKS
2023 Conference Passes will be sold online on a first-come, first-served basis (maximum two per person). We have a limited number and, as in years past, we fully expect 2023 Conference Passes to sell out quickly (sometimes, within minutes). We will not be implementing a lottery system this year, so be sure to mark your calendar for February 16!

COVID INFO
We are closely monitoring any COVID developments. At this time, we do not expect to require proof of vaccination for attendance at SVWC 2023. Whenever possible, presentations and meals and signings will be held in open-air venues. Masks will be encouraged, but not required. Our policy is subject to change.

(This is primarily for our marketing and distribution of content.) Please be aware that by attending the Conference you consent to allow the Conference to use your likeness and voice in recordings, films, and tapes in our marketing materials and all media, now and in the future, waive any rights with respect to such use, and release the Sun Valley Writers’ Conference from any liability pertaining to such use. If you purchase a pass and are no longer able to use it, you may notify us by May 15 for a refund minus a $35 per pass handling fee. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds after that time.
