Tickets & Registration

Because the character of the conference calls for a certain degree of intimacy Full Conference Passes, which include smaller sessions and meals, are limited. Since 1995, our first year, we have followed a first-come, first-served policy with regard to ticket sales. We appreciate that many people have attended the conference year after year, but we are also mindful of those who have not been able to purchase a Full Conference Pass in the past and who would benefit from the experience.

SINGLE EVENT TICKET

A limited number of Single Event Tickets will be offered for public sale to a selection of individual talks beginning
August 1. Check back here this summer for more information.  To be added to our email list to receive alerts, email to: info@svwc.com.

FULL CONFERENCE PASS -  SOLD OUT for 2013

A Full Conference Pass includes admission to all Pavilion events, smaller and more intimate breakout sessions with individual writers, and continental breakfast and barbecue lunch on Saturday, Sunday and Monday. We typically sell out quickly, so you might consider the special benefits for conference supporters.

Questions? Email us at: info@svwc.com or call: 208-726-5454.

Your Full Conference Pass(es) can be picked up at our Registration Desk, located in the big white tent near the outdoor Pavilion at the Sun Valley Resort, on Friday beginning at 10:00 AM. A film is shown at the Resort's Opera House Friday afternoon and the keynote talk takes place in the Pavilion that evening. Saturday and Sunday are filled with breakouts and talks as well as continental breakfasts and picnic lunches. The program wraps up at 1:00 PM on Monday and is followed by a celebratory lunch with our guest speakers and Full Conference Pass holders.

Teachers and Students
We make a special effort to reach out to students and teachers and they will be seated in the Pavilion free of charge on a stand-by basis. School ID is required.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a FULL CONFERENCE PASS and you let us know by June 1, we will be happy to send you a refund. We regret that no refunds may be issued after that date. A $35 charge will apply to canceled orders.
