Tickets & Registration
Because the character of the conference calls for a certain degree of intimacy Conference Passes, which include smaller sessions and meals, are limited. Since 1995, our first year, we have followed a first-come, first-served policy with regard to ticket sales. We appreciate that many people have attended the conference year after year, but we are also mindful of those who have not been able to purchase a Conference Pass in the past and who would benefit from the experience.
CONFERENCE PASS – $850
A Conference Pass to this year’s event,
August 17 – 20, includes admission to all Pavilion events, smaller and more intimate breakout sessions with individual writers, and continental breakfast and barbecue lunch on Saturday, Sunday and Monday. We typically sell out quickly, so be sure to consider the special benefits for conference supporters.

SINGLE EVENT TICKET – $35
A limited number of single event tickets will be offered for sale after July 15. Check back here in early July for more information.

Your Conference Pass(es) can be picked up at our Registration Desk, located on the Upper Green at the Sun Valley Resort, on Friday, August 17 beginning at 10:00 AM. Two showings of a film will take place at the Resort's Opera House Friday afternoon, beginning at 1:00. The keynote talk will take place in the Pavilion at 6:30 that evening. Saturday and Sunday, August 18 - 19, will be filled with breakouts and talks as well as continental breakfasts and picnic lunches. The program wraps up at 1:00 PM on Monday, August 20, and is followed by a celebratory lunch with our guest speakers and Conference Pass holders. |

Teachers and Students
We make a special effort to reach out to students and teachers and they will be seated in the Pavilion free of charge on a stand-by basis. School ID is required.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a CONFERENCE PASS and you let us know by June 1, we will be happy to send you a refund. We regret that no refunds may be issued after that date. A $35 charge will apply to canceled orders. |
